[Resolved] Global Star Solution — fraud and fake typing work | |||
Dear sir/mam, I have a complained against; M/s. Global Star Solution I show my interest in above part time job providing group to see high salary package. I joined the group and taken a project as well as agreed with their agreement to send my Aadhar card copy, the time period for 1000 pages typing was 10 days, before proving the work task, they felt me that the provided task is very simple and easy (as normal as we do in our daily life), I beg them a sample copy but they denied. But when they provided the typing task, it was in very different font and some of the part of the script was unreadable and very difficult kind of operation. When I communicate to a group member of GLOBAL STAR, within the time period of taken task, and told them about my difficulties then instead of helping me or suggesting any way, they awared me about penalty, because of I was unable to complete the task, and after seven days I got a mail in reference of Minhaz M. Patel, who said himself a advocate, letter on this person called me and suggest to pay total penalty of 30000 Rs. within seven days, and also suggest that if I would not pay this amount within the given time period then I will have to present in DELHI court, I feel that this is going wrong and they cheat me, please help me and suggest what I should do next. WHEN I REGISTERED I GOT A CALL FROM A PERSON WHOSE NAME WAS DEEPAK, WHEN I TRIED TO REACH HIM .. HIS PHONE WAS SWITCHED OFF. Then He asked me to gave the number of that guy (culprit)then afte few hours. They call me and that they resolved the problem and they will not trouble me again .thanks for you concern | |||

I am also facing the same problem as "Rî Shãß" i was working for the same company "Global star solution" and i filled the forms for 10 days. I was a day late so the asked me for Rs. 7800 to unlock my portal otherwise they said legal action will me taken againt me. So i got fooled and paid the amount and completed the work after which they disappeared and i called all the numbers i had but they all were either not reachable or didn't existed. All this was 2 years ago. I felt ashamed as i was fooled by fraud so i didn't told anyone. But now 4 days back a person called and told me that i have to pay fine for not having 90% accuracy. I asked him questions but he just tell me that i have to either pay them online or i have to be present in Delhi High Court. I got scared again and blocked the number. After that yesterday i got another call from:[protected]Sanjay Patel) he again asked me for paying the money but he told me that he's from Gujarat High Court.
When i asked him that why i took 2 years for all this, and also told him that i know that the company is fraud he just repeated his lines and asked for money i again blocked him then he send me some legal court notice on whatsapp from number: [protected], the screenshots are attached below.
They both asked to confirm my address to send legal notice on my address. They have threatened my and asked for money twice, first 2 years back in 2019 and now. Yesterday when i was searching for some help, i saw this page and the messages.
Please help me to get out of this.
And if any other thing you want any other info please ask me for it. But please help me

I've received another call today for the 3rd time and they asked me again for money this time the amount was increased. I received the call from number: 74789 71795 (Murali Krishnan)

They cannot do anything as they are all fraud parties. Just block them out and ignore them. Nothing will happen.They cannot do anything as they are all fraud parties- so do not get scared of any threats.
When i look at my job it was tough..i was completing it and was in need of extension of some days ..but the staffs, helpline has not attended the calls..No mails..
Today a message and call from corporate.[protected]@advocate-associate.com and speak rudely to me and harassing me.. they are calling and texting me ..i should be arrested.. please help
