I was looking for a job in senior management role in it. I was contacted by a recruiter from globaljobss.com, and was promised interviews and a job with an it company. He demanded inr 6499 as registration charges. After the first round of interview with the "client" over skype, he demanded a further payment of inr 1, 39, 97 for different heads. Mistakenly i paid that as well. After that he started to demand even more money for different heads and did some 5 nos online technical aptitude tests and sent me some documents they prepared on my provided data.in this process i again foolishly paid him another inr 2, 96, 936 against different heads.

Today again he demanded for an amount of inr 78, 999 for "final employee discussion confirmation round" which i refused to pay. The party is continuously calling and asking for this final amount to be paid but i am not going to pay.

Till date i paid about inr 4, 43, 432 (Including 18% gst of inr 63, 939). I have all the email correspondences available with me. They confirmed over email that all the amount paid is refundable once process is over. The entire payment was done from 10th january 2019 to 1st february 2019.

Today, they requested for the last payment of inr 78, 000. I informed him that i am getting out the deal and whatever amount is balance after whatever services they provided to be refunded to me.

I don't know whether i shall get my hard earned money or not. Requesting the forum here to help me in this regards.

Updated by Siva1965 Not at all resolved by the party globaljobss.com as on date, they are only buying time whenever I contact them. Only their board no. receives call, all other contacts have, most probably, kept my contact nos in blocked list. On 27/04/2019 they said within 15 days they cwould come out with result. Then they said by 28/06/2019 it will be resolved. Now as on date they are not responding.

Terms & Conditions-

The applicant shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of the data/information contained in their Resume and undertakes to indemnify of all costs and consequences arising out of any incorrect information provided by him to Globaljobss Business Solutions (a Division of Globaljobss Internet Ltd.). The service once subscribed to by the applicant is not refundable & non-transferable and all amount(s) paid shall stand appropriated. In case of payment by Credit Card, no charge back shall be accepted by Globaljobss Business Solutions (a Division of Globaljobss Internet Ltd.). In case of payment by cheques, Globaljobss Business Solutions (a Division of Globaljobss Internet Ltd.) reserves the right to provide service after realization of the Cheque amount. In the event of the dishonor of the cheque, an additional cost by way of service cost of Rs. 150 shall become immediately payable and the applicant agrees to pay the same together with interest payable @ rate of 2% per month from the date the said payment fell due till date of its realization together with all costs related to its realization.
We do not guarantee a job or job change however we are maximizing the chances.

It means whatever money we paid are not refundable, although they said over telephone numerous times and written email communications are also there from their email ID [protected]@globaljobss.com

In the month of January I was contacted by Rishabh Gupta of Globaljobss, given the details of requirements they have. I registered with them and got interviewed by phone and also by skype, for further processing in phases I paid an overall amount of 4.8lakhs. Now ఆ days no phones are connected. If anyone is having their contact details please share in the forum.
Please try to resolve the issue.

Your RISHABH GUPTA may be my ROHIT GUPTA. The names they were providing were also false I think. To somebody they said ROHIT VERMA
Yes, I was also same trap. I paid at at about 1.01 lakh. The concern person in my case Rohit Gupta. He suppose to offer me J&J.

After three months, I continuous followed up with them. But all are in vain. Then I send mail to CBI Cyber Cell and continuous followed up with CBI Cyber Cell.

After one month I got a call from the Globaljobss that If I am not interested to their services, then they want to return back the amount. They forwarded me two declaration form and get it signed. After two days, I got the amount refund back. I am posting this news for your reference,

Please go through the CBI site, you will got all email id.

Dear Bipbak,

As advised by you I lodged complain to CBI Cyber Cell immediately, they sent all my infos to my local PS, the PI called me & I lodged an FIR. But till date there is no movement,
Apart from the above, now you will get another FAKE JOB PORTAL : EMPLOYCRAFT.

Please be ready a call from Employcraft. When you upload your resume to following sites, then you will got such fake call immediately. Be alert for such Fake Job Portel
