I have ordered alluring silk cotton dress material, order id[protected] on 12rh august. The product is not shipped yet. I can't contact with the customer care executive of glowroad. Whenever i put my number and press the button call me now there is no response. This is so disgusting. 9 days have passed and the product is not shipped. Aug 21, 2019 Updated by Sutrishna Kar Glowroad customer service is totally Fraud. There is no way to contact with customer service. They don't provide any executive number or customer care number. Whenever I put my number on their help section and press call me now, they don't call me even the button is not working.

Hii sir mene ek product trendy alloy mangalsutra return kiya tha jiska refund abhi tk ni aaya he reason delivery boy ne AWB number. galat kr diye please request jald se jald refund complete kare.
