Glowroad cheated me
I am a seller in Glowrioad. I received an order and dispatched it in 1 day. But since the customer was not interested to receive Glowroad has to return my product back to me. But Glowroad hasn't returned my product back and they have mentioned in their seller app that its delivered. Neither any delivery agent came nor any calls came for delivery then how can someone deliver my product back without the OTP.

I didn't order anything from glowroad website but recently received a parcel. I have repeatedly contacted their support to return this and get my money back. I was already cheated by their irrelevant customer service replies. I want a proper solution for this matter. I have just an order number and delivery details. With this information please create a return request and refund my money ASAP.

We received the above order and customer didnt like the colour of the product (as per picture it was like brown, but she received jet black), product received on 16th and return request stating "customer didnt like the product" was raised on 17th itself, There was no attempt made to pick up the product and again on 19th i escalated in the app stating "product not picked up". On 22nd May they had rejected the return stating "admin action". I was out of station and hence i called the customer center today to check on this, i am being told that i need to raise any issue i have in 48 hrs. Firstly i dont understand why the product was not picked up immediately while the APP gives option for return since customer didnt like, secondly when they had delayed for more than 5 days and rejecting the return without any valid reason i dont understand why as a reseller i need to forgo the money. Off late this happens quiet a lot of times with Glowroad and i feel we are being cheated, when you write to their customer center also, some reason they give to hear our genuinue request

I ordered two casual shirt but received both of them in different style, then I make a return request after 2 day of creating return request pick-up boy came at my home location point he failed my quality check, then I request a call me back to glowroad his champion team (froudiya team) raise a complain and ask to me wait for 3 day ur return will reinitiate but after 3 day still my request was rejected, from that 18 may I call to glowroad but still no response only for creating another to another complain, i request a call me back again today and his froudiya and says thas our senior froudiya team yeh conclusion nikali hai ki ham aapka return nahi kar skte kyuki aapko mail karne ka koi sapna aaya tha our aapne uspe Dhyan nahi Diya jo ki hamari taraf se Aisa kahin jikra nahi hai phir bhi aap order kar rhe ho hmari es India ki sabse ghatiya app par toh aapko return karne ke baad 6 baar complaint raise karwane ke baad aapko sapne dekhe ki aawasyakta hai👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Hi Team,
Please note that I haven’t received the saree related to this order, I had called your customer service to raise the issue and to my distress your agents didn’t even care to listen to the full issue.
I had by mistake put this as return instead of missing since ORDER ID:[protected] is with same design.
Most importantly the couriers are delivered to me only on 24th since I was out of station on the 23rd, however you team was not willing to listen instead goes by the system. This is one reason why I had stopped interim to purchase anything with glowroad and was handling with Meesho. Since I had your officials talking to me sometime back, asking my choices, and how they can improve the service, I had again opted for platinum membership and started ordering
Now I feel I had made a blunder, every time this is major headache with glowroad, where when we have issue, they care a damn to sort it unless we write, escalate and puts it up in the media.
Contact Person who delivered the order – [protected] and couriers are delivered only on 24th while your team insist that its delivered on 23rd and they don’t wish to entertain the compliant, infact they had cut the call twice.
I have been a client since your LQueen days and things haven’t changed much over these years

I have ordered an item, but they keep increasing the time of the Product Delivery. and now when I go to the Track Your Order section It redirects me to their delivery partner Website Delhivery, and they are saying that the seller has cancelled the order but it's not showing the Order is cancelled in Glowroad app. I ordered the Product on 2nd March and it said that you will receive your order on 10th March but now it's showing that I will receive my order on 12th March.

Money refund issue
Glowroad is making a fool out of a person here. One text we receive from them saying "Your refund money process is initiated" however the next message I receive stating "bank details are incorrect"
Moreover, in their app, they are also showing that my refund money process is completed and I haven't received even a penny!
I have two such orders of Rs. 1000+ stuck with them. Solve issue please.

Same issue with me, I place a order on 26th dec and i done the payment online at the time of order. they are showing my order is delivered on 30th dec, but i am not received any order and i didn, t received any call from delivery boy, when i call customer care they denied to refund my amount. I have not received cashew 1kg of Rs. 599 for which I paid in advance . I was not available when it was delivered as I had to rush to Punjab as my aunt had died. My neighbour instead received the order on my request on 23rd Oct. On returning just after one day of delivery i.e. 24th October, I complained about the same but GlowRoad executive said I had to complain within 24 hours of delivery. As I was out of town how could I have checked the item. It was death case so I had to go to punjab in emergency. Either deliver me the cashew 1kg or refund at the earliest. I am already upset about my aunt's death don't make it worse. Please find an attachment for your reference.

Panty I have order a panty it is written it is pack of 6 but I received only 3 panties and now there is showing no return policy
My self dimple Jeewani I have ordered a panty set there is written pack of 6 I have received pack of 3 and now I can't exchange it or not return policy is there for this product . I have trusted but it's a fraud without return policy you have send less quantity of the product.

I booked 2 dresses in glowroad app for my customer and she received wrong product. Now I didn't received my refund amount of rs 1010. I sent many mails in glowroad customer care service but they didn't reply always they msg pls send your correct bank details but my bank details are right because i sent money that bank account. Now he said your bank details are wrong plz plz refund my amount i aslo mail mr Shashank he is also founder but he also didn't reply.
