Glowroad — cheap product with different colour as I select

I brought 6 pack of paded tubes but they send non paded cheap quality bra with different colour which i selected. When i inform them. They are not ready to exchange or refund as i request them that they delivered wrong product. Please give me exchange they are not ready to delivered what i ordered. I told them to refund my money & also they refuse to refund the money.
