I ordered a product on 21 feb 2020. On the second day i got a message from glowroad that my order is packed. Still now its not shipped. Its my first order. Estimated delivery is today. But still now its not shipped yet. What is this??? Its not fair. My customer is too much angry about this. They tell me that they dont need that product because of this late delivery. I dont need this. Please cancel that. [protected] this is the order number. Kindly cancel this. No need this. Please do the needful urgent.
