Glowroad — Order ID:[protected]

Hi Team,

Please note that I haven’t received the saree related to this order, I had called your customer service to raise the issue and to my distress your agents didn’t even care to listen to the full issue.

I had by mistake put this as return instead of missing since ORDER ID:[protected] is with same design.

Most importantly the couriers are delivered to me only on 24th since I was out of station on the 23rd, however you team was not willing to listen instead goes by the system. This is one reason why I had stopped interim to purchase anything with glowroad and was handling with Meesho. Since I had your officials talking to me sometime back, asking my choices, and how they can improve the service, I had again opted for platinum membership and started ordering

Now I feel I had made a blunder, every time this is major headache with glowroad, where when we have issue, they care a damn to sort it unless we write, escalate and puts it up in the media.

Contact Person who delivered the order – [protected] and couriers are delivered only on 24th while your team insist that its delivered on 23rd and they don’t wish to entertain the compliant, infact they had cut the call twice.

I have been a client since your LQueen days and things haven’t changed much over these years
