We received the above order and customer didnt like the colour of the product (as per picture it was like brown, but she received jet black), product received on 16th and return request stating "customer didnt like the product" was raised on 17th itself, There was no attempt made to pick up the product and again on 19th i escalated in the app stating "product not picked up". On 22nd May they had rejected the return stating "admin action". I was out of station and hence i called the customer center today to check on this, i am being told that i need to raise any issue i have in 48 hrs. Firstly i dont understand why the product was not picked up immediately while the APP gives option for return since customer didnt like, secondly when they had delayed for more than 5 days and rejecting the return without any valid reason i dont understand why as a reseller i need to forgo the money. Off late this happens quiet a lot of times with Glowroad and i feel we are being cheated, when you write to their customer center also, some reason they give to hear our genuinue request Was this information helpful? |
