GM Infinite — Delay in the project Ambitious Enclave

Hi,

I have booked a property with GM Infinite in the project Ambitious Enclave in the year 2019-June. The project was keep on delaying due to COVID19 pandemic and final date of possession was given initially by 2023-Jan as per RERA. Now again builder has changed the date and delayed the project around 10 month and the new date was given 2023-Nov.

When I have asked the builder to cancel my flat and make the refund, they said I have to pay 30% of the total flat cost, which is non-refundable. Instead they have to pay the compensation as project is getting delayed and not meeting the RERA's timeline. Need a help/suggestion to resolve the issue.

I guess the date again changed to 2024 October.
I have heard the same that they moved the date to 2024 where in agreement it has stated that they will deliver by 2023. What is the next course of action?
GM Infinite is a fraud builder. He cheated me from the very first day. Mine project is Ambitious Enclave, they told me that i will get the possession by 2022 but they register the possession date 2023 to RERA, when i realised this after booking they told me it's my mistake i should have checked this before booking and he accepted that he cheated me. Later they got 9-months extension from RERA due to pandemic, which already end now in 2024. Now they have sent an email and saying we will get possession by 2026 and no compensation will be given, but i don't believe on them now that they will really give possession by 2026 or not, so this is totally fraud company.
