I have booked a property with GM Infinite in the project Ambitious Enclave in the year 2019-June. The project was keep on delaying due to COVID19 pandemic and final date of possession was given initially by 2023-Jan as per RERA. Now again builder has changed the date and delayed the project around 10 month and the new date was given 2023-Nov.

Hi Everyone, we booked 3 bhk flat in A block in high raise apartment that is under construction but its been 1.5 years still they didnt touch A block and construction is stucked and when we asked them they are telling fraud excuses.we are now hopeless because C block which is not even fully completed and registration is pending how we can expect A block to be done on time and RERA is keep on extending the timeline now God knows when we ll get our home.paying rent every month is really painful.Now when we are thinking of cancellation not even sure they will return our hard earn money or not..we are paying interest now..and this stupid guys just know how to do marketing and how to cheat people who trusted them.I will suggest dont buy their property.

Beware of paying the EOI(Expression of interest) amount while visiting the builder. I have visited the site area(GM Infinite, electronic city phase1, neotown, Bangalore) in month of may to see flats, they asked me to pay an EOI amount of Rs 51000/- which was totally refundable. They said if any case I am cancelling it then the EOI amount will refund within 2 weeks. Due to some personal reason I could not buy the flat and I have requested for an refund of the EOI amount(Rs51000/-). Till date it’s been 3 months passed I did not get my amount. I waited till august as they were keep on saying it is processed, u will get it soon and all that. But now no1 is responding to it.

It was a pathetic experience for us when we visited to see the progress of our own booked flat in the GM Abbitious Enclave. The Receptionist at GM techies town office asked us to wait for 10 minutes, and keep on saying every 10 minutes and also behaving as if we are there for a charity collection. When we got furious, somebody called Mr Jitendra come and tells us very rudely that "You Will Have to Wait". on asking if I can get his mob number, he again tell, I don't share mu number I am the Vice president. :) Seriously?? a person who is not even able to understand how to manage customer's expectations and dissatisfaction is claiming to be at the position of Vice President. nevertheless, we came back without being able to visit our own booked flat in frustration as don't know what to do?

My name is sagar goyal and i had purchased an apartment in gm ambitious enclave, electronic city. Due to personal reasons, i have canceled the booking and given the builder upon discussing with the general manager of the project, a legal notice on 20-feb-2020 and per their agreement, the refund has to be processed within 60 days. It has been beyond 60 days and there has been no update via phone or email from them. I am receiving sales calls from gm infinite though, but no update regarding the refund.

The entire company is fraudulent. They are shameless in saying that they have cheated you. They openly accept it once you have realised you've been cheated and confronted them about it. They don't deliver on their promises. They make sure to literally suck out all your hard earned money and once done, they don't even have the courtesy to answer your calls. If you visit the office or comfort managers, they ask you to register complain with whoever you'd like. The head of sales here is sukesh jain who is the most unprofessional chap i've come across. He acknowledged that gm infinite is a fraudulent company and is skilled to get money and they are doing this as their management has set them targets to do so. All their ads are designed to lure in people only to fa prey. Once they extract 90% of the total money of booked flat (For which you would have been cheated - the actual cost of flat would be atleast half the price they have sold), they don't care about you. There won't be possession. There won't be anything delivered.

Gm infinite is highly unethical and is existing by fooling people and pocketing their money. The huge expenses they are doing for promoting their projects is again extracted from customers who pay a visit to their office.
Their sales person will be behind you to make an advance booking payment on your first visit. You will not be carrying your cheques and so they will have a ready answer that you can make the payment by credit card. Which builder takes advance payment by cards. This company can go to any extent to pocket that advance booking.
Thereafter many of their sales folks will be calling you up and following up on the further payments.in case you decide to cancel the booking because of all the negative reviews and unethical acts of this company, the same sales folks will not answer your call. If you ask them for your refund, they will respond by saying that they are not the right person. This is funny, they are responsible to collect money from customers and on cancellation they do not have any responsibility to refund.
They even have a clause on the booking form that the booking amount is non-refundable. On questioning this the sales person will state that this is just to deter unnecessary buyers from wasting time and they will refund the amount in case of cancellation. But, the real intention is to pocket the money and not to refund.
One important point taking note of is that in all their advertisement they state approved by crisil. But what is crisil does it have any authority on real estate. Credai is the real estate body and not crisil. This is again done to deceive common man.
At a high level this company is a bunch of cheats and frauds and is running a very high impact marketing campaign fooling people with people’s money (The money they collect from all visitors as booking advance and then do not refund on cancellation).in their sale agreement, in fact they have a clause that the booking shall be cancelled in case the purchaser makes any negative comment on social media against the company. They have done this for many purchasers when they made negative comments on social media out of frustration because of the bad quality, fraud practices, unprofessional behavior and black mailing acts.

After reading this i assume an individual is wise enough to make decision.

The builder did not give all the property documents upon booking and only provided the booking form and flat allotment letter. I was to apply for my company PF loan which I failed to withdraw due to this non-providing of essential documents. I had asked for refund of booking amount after that, but builder said they will not return single penny and forfeited the entire amount. I think it is illegal for any builder to forfeit entire booking amount. Please help. I have got necessary e-mail communications in support of my case.

Hello, I have paid booking amount of INR15000 with a clear clause in booking form that "if we decide not got for home, we are entitled for complete refund of booking amount" We have decided not to buy at the project and contacting them for refund since last one week.
