The project was keep on delaying due to COVID19 pandemic and final date of possession was given initially by 2023-Jan as per RERA. The entire company is fraudulent. They are shameless in saying that they have cheated you. They openly accept it once you have realised you've been cheated and confronted them about it. They don't deliver on their promises. They make sure to literally suck out all your hard earned money and once done, they don't even have the courtesy to answer your calls. Gm infinite is highly unethical and is existing by fooling people and pocketing their money. The huge expenses they are doing for promoting their projects is again extracted from customers who pay a visit to their office.
Their sales person will be behind you to make an advance booking payment on your first visit. You will not be carrying your cheques and so they will have a ready answer that you can make the payment by credit card....
