Gmp Packers And Movers — Activa- Fraud company asking higher price than committed

I had A clear discussion with Ajay from GMP packers and movers on 2nd April 2021 regarding moving my Activa scooty from Chandigarh to Mumbai.. He told the charges would be Rs4000/- all inclusive. He sent his two person at my home to take scooty, i hand it over my scooty to him. He told to pay 100% money, i transferred online to their account. After two days on 4th April, One of the person from GMP Packers and movers called me and asked me to pay 1370 more as GST which was not discussed earlier. I straight away refuse to pay.. And told to refund my money and return my scooty. But still didn't get any response from him.

This is cheating done by this company with consumer. Requesting to take strict action against them. Help to get my scooty and money back.
