GNN Packers and Movers — Missing helmet, looking mirror and broken switch assembly of my bike: | |||||
I had booked my new yamaha bike fz from bbsr to bengdubi military stn, darjeeling through this packers. They called me and took my full postal address and assured me to deliver the bike at my doorstep within 5days. The bike was delivered through other packers (Repl) witha little delay bcz gnn packers has no delivery points in siliguri west bengal. At first glance, i found missing my new helmet of rs. 1800, looking mirror of bike and broken parts of bike switch assembly. Other packer repl told me that they have collected my bike from kolkata and nothing to do withmy complaint and advised to contactgnn. I telephoned to gnn and they said that they forgot to send my new helmet and assured that they will send it immediately by courier. Whenever i called the manager of gnn bbsr, he pretended to send my helmet but never sent. The bike was booked and handed over to gnn official mr. Devendra behera on date 16 feb 2016 with a new helmet and all accessories fitted like. Looking mirror, light indicators etc. My bike has the insurance cover but i don't want to claim these items like broken switch assembly and missing looking mirror. So i bought new looking mirror and replace switch assembly with a new one on my own expenses. But i was awaiting for my new helmet. After waiting for one and half month i called to gnn packers and told them that i am sending my brother to collect my helmet from your chakeisiani, mancheswar, bbsr office and you don't have to send it by courier to me. He told me that they have no helmet and used very abusive language in a rough manner. This is the service they deliver to their customers. Shame on you. This is a fraud packers. after receiving the bike we told me about helmet yes that helmet in kolkata i inform him regarding this matter suddenly he abuse me .when i ask him why u abuse me after that suddenly he put my no in black list. but if he talking about mirror or dammage about the bike its fake if they have this kind of problem then why not inform me emmidate, why they inform me after 15 days.

I had told to Mr. Satyabrat Nayak of GNN packers, BBSR immediately about damage, missing mirror, missing helmet and he assured me that he would send my helmet and mirror through courier as soon as possible. I also informed him about the details of expenditure I had to expend on damaged bike due to his (GNN Packers') mishandling and negligence. The reality is GNN Packers has no capacity to move anybody's luggage beyond Kolkata and up to Siliguri. That's why GNN has to rely upon REPL or other big Packers when they grab any customer by making false promises that they will deliver your luggage at Siliguri. This false promise they had made to me and I was not aware about this.
Let's come to the point. What I want is, my helmet and mirror which is still with this packer, to get back.
Whenever I called Mr. Satyabrat Nayak to enquire about my missing helmet and damaged bike, he tried to avoid by showing his business or any other excuse. He also took my postal address again via text sms (which was sent to his cell phone number [protected] ) to send my helmet and mirror by courier.
Mr. Satyabrat Nayak or the owner of this cell number [protected], again I am kindly urging you, at least return my helmet and mirror to my representative. Please tell me on which day you want to return so that I would send my rep to collect.
Please don't waste my time and energy. At last I would advise people not to waste their time and money by choosing GNN .
