Go Air — Cancel ticket refund for PNR X7WTXP: goair not responding

Flight has been cancelled by go air and i didn't get full refund or credit shell of pnr in my account.

Also, goair is not providing proper information to their customer. I have dropped 6-7 mails to
below id's.
