Go Air — cheating in the name of lockdown

Hi,

Recently i booked a ticket on go air from bangalore to kolkata for 26th march which later got cancelled from the airlines side due to covid-19 lockdown, with the promise of offering free rescheduling.
There is no option to reschedule flights in their official website and their twitter replies are good for nothing saying just "sorry for the inconvenience caused... You can reschedule from the website".
You are definitely not sorry for the trouble you are causing your customers and instead of solving the problems you are just resending the same tweet to everyone. This is not a solution.
