Go Air — complaining about harassment by the staff of go air | |||
Hi We have booked the flight of go air to visit srinagar from new delhi on june 17, 2017 at 9:25 am. Flight number is g8128. Go air has preponed the flight on their own at 8:55 am which is actually not suitable to us and informed us. We have reached on time and take a boarding pass. But due to negligence by staff who was on duty at boarding gate we have missed the flight as he is calling at wrong number which was not updated with go air records and which cost us mentally harassment and for the amount of inr 20 k.
