[Resolved] Go Air — Customer care not responding. Calling from two hours | |||
I got a message today morning that my flight has got cancelled and I have to visit www.goair.in or call [protected] / [protected] to modify or cancel my booking at no extra fee. I have been trying to call right from the time I got the message at 11.22 AM, but they keep me waiting and waiting until I cut the call out of frustration. I have been wasting a lot of time to reschedule my ticket, but it seems the customer care numbers are just a joke and are virtually non-existent. Didn't expect such a lame behaviour from an airlines like goair. I am a frequent traveller and I have seen other airlines handle cancellations much better. Amongst all customer care services I have dealt with in my life, I have never had such a terrible experience. Was this information helpful? | |||

My parents was about to travel on 20th march with go air! But they cancelled the flight and even after so many calls and email they are neither replying not solving the issues, I m not able to reschedule the ticket nor they are refunding. I want my refund back as we are not planning to travel in future. Please help

Refund for flight to Srinagar
Due to heavy floods I had to cancell my ticket to Srinagar. To my surprise Goair deducted Rs.1500 per ticket though in media it is reported no cancellation fee will be charged due to natural calamity. What shall I do next?
