Go Air — Flight Cancellation

Sir My Son had booked two tickets from Chennai To Mumbai on 10th, July, 2015.Ticket Ref no ZWXL5T.There was no message/communication from yr side for cancellation of flight from Chennai to Mumbai. After watching TV, I contacted yr Chennai office, then only they informed the flight is cancelled. Again I had to contact Madras office & Mumbai customer care. There was no responsible person to answer my call at customer care.Madras office resehduled my trip to next day(11th July 2015). 11th July 2015, Morning, I got message, that the flight cancelled. You are not bothered to make alternate arrangement. You have disappointed us. We had to take Indigo flight no 6E278. Indigo ticket ref no V1W15B. I request you to pay your flight Charges, Indigo ticket charge, and other incidence like Phone calls, mental agony. Regards V.R.Pandarinath
