Go Air — flight cancelled and not got refund after 4 months also (senior citizen)

I had booked flight from go air dt.21/02/2020 for ranchi - mumbai; up and down. Due to covid-19 these flights were cancelled but till date had not received the refund of the tickets yet.

Note :- as all passengers are senior citizen so will not travel in near future (2-3 years)
