Go Air — Frequent cancellation and no refund

Go air has cheated and taken Rs11276.
I have booked flight from Pune to Lucknow on 4th June but got cancelled without informing me.After calling help line number numerous time finally my call got connected and I waas asked to reschedule abd pay the difference.I again reschedule it to 8th and it again got cancelled 2 days before.I received a mail that I will get total refund but when talked to help line they refused and said that no refund will be possible.I have written mail to them numerous time but there is no response.
