Hi, this is with respect to PNR Q6FDSF, BLR-DEL flight on 06 Dec 2022. Inspite of web-checkin the boarding passes were not issued. The site says successful check-in and boarding passes would be mailed to your email id, which was never done. Inspite of reaching airport in time, the extra time spent in getting boarding passes from counter (additional 30 mins) led to missing the flight as there were huge rush at security. The gate staff were continuously informed about chaos situation at security and maned to reach around 25 mins before flight take-off. Instead of helping, the gate staff shouted on me and denies the boarding. I had also called the call centre and requested for mailing the boarding pass 2 hours before boarding. They also refused. Go-Air is maximizing their profits by cheating humble passengers and its a serious case for criminal filing against this company.
