Go Air — Money Deducted but tickets are not booked

HI I am Mukesh L Purohit I have tried to book flight from mumbai to goa on 24/05/2014, paid money from internet banking Ref.No. IGU5767672, but ticket was not booked, it said transition was not successful, but money was deducted from my account, I want to know wether my tickets are booked or not booked ?
