Go Air — Not able to board the flight from Kolkata due to ground staff | |||
Dear Sir/Madam This is in reference to my travel with family (wife and daughter) from Delhi to Portblair via Kolkalta and back from same route. We travelled from Delhi to Portblair on 14th may and returned on 19th May. While I travelled from Portblair on 19th May from Spice Jet to Kolkata, my flight got rescheduled and started at 11. 45 am instead 9 am which reached koltata at 1.50 pm and by the time I collected my luggage and reached your ticket counter it was 2.03 pm Scheduled departure of GoAir Flight from Kolkata to Delhi was 2.30 pm so GoAir did not allowed us to board the plan. I requested again and again to help me board the flight but your ground staff instead helping customer was explaining the rules. Due to no mistake of mine I faced the issue and bought new ticket of some other flight which costed my 30, 000 INR. Apart from Financial loss I also had mental torture because of your staff’s non cooperation Request you to kindly look into the matter and help us get the cost of my tickets back.
