Go Air — Not allowed to board flight after holding boarding pass

I Flora fernandes along with my friend Vera Fernandes being senior citizens were not allowed to board the flight after getting the boarding pass. Also we were insulted at the Go air counter. I need action on the same on priority. I still hold the boarding passes and necessary action is required by your end with a written apology from your Goa Office. Date of travel- 24/jan/15 Flight No- G8/142 Gate - A 9 Seat - 11 A & B
