Go Air — Overcharge on a ticket

I have booked go air flight from Mumbai to Chennai in the month of August for travelling on 28th January’2021.

The flight time was 6.10 pm and later I received a call stating the flight has been rescheduled to 10.40 pm. I said to reschedule and send me the itinerary in the month of December. But I did not receive the updated itinerary and then I again called up the go air customer care they said the flight is full and I need to cancel. I argued with them as initially I was told I will be accommodated in 10.40 pm flight and no updates post that. They then helped me in rescheduling to 10.40 pm flight but there was a system error from go air end and hence the balance amount of rs 5, 844 popped up . The customer care team did assure me that amount will be waived off as the mistake was from their end and it’s been a month still the amount has not been waived.

I do have the recording with me. Could you help in sorting this issue ASAP as this is causing mental torchure
