I have Booked flight from Delhi to lucknow G8 187, on 2nd may 2015, (my PNR is -6F4A5Z) for my Family . But yesterday i got a massage of cancellation .Just a massage, not any call. I spoke with their customer care team 4 times( Many other times they were busy), Bhawana, Swapnil ( Floor Supervisor ), Radhika ( Supervisor). for other alternate, But no reply they all three people cut my phone line in middle of communication. I have a request to all who are Sufferer by the same kind. Kindly do not sit silent, Come together and file a petition against these people. This is their routine. May be in future other people save their time by not choosing this airways.They all are irresponsible. And Do you know one thing their Manager and Supervisors are superhero, he/she do not have time to attend the call of his/ Her client. Regard Bijender Sharma [protected]
