Go Air — Problem with booking | |||
I have booked a return ticket from pune to chennai on 6th september 2020 from go air official website, the whole process went smooth. I have completed the payment to but they sent me the itinerary showcasing payment status as declined but what to do the money is deducted from my account and added in their account. Now they are hardly accepting my calls through customer care. Once they did and asked me to write an email to [protected]@goair.in and done that immediately but no reply from there end. Now i am just asking them to send me a confirmed itinerary because i have to take the flight on 17th september 2020 and it's urgent and they are not much cooperative.
