Go Air — refund of hold and cancelled ticket

I have put below request for refund, which they claim to be paid within 15 days, till date not replied and refunded to same account.

Nor updated on refund status.

Awaiting call back and update from Goair Customer care team.
They denied receipt of money even after sending bank statement showing credit in GoAir account and provided bank statement and transaction reference to check at their end which is undone.
