Go Air — refund on cancelled flight | |
I, jasjit singh kahlon pnr qfvb8b, would like to receive a full refund for my flight g8-107 that has been cancelled by the airline itself. I received the following text msg on march 17, 2020. Dear smart flyer! Goair would like to inform you that for your pnr qfvb8b the flight g8-107 on 18mar'20 from del to ixc has been cancelled. This change is due to issues beyond our control. You will be contacted within 24 hrs for further assistance or you may call[protected]/[protected]. I tried calling the numbers, but they are unresponsive. It has now been 7 working days and i have not received a refund. Please do let me know how and when this refund of my flight will be made.
