Go Air — Spelling mistake in ticket not being corrected | |
I have a ticket booked on goAir but there is a typo in the name. And the airline is saying there is no provision to correct the typo. Customer care is not available. The mistake is for one letter which should be allowed to be corrected. They are asking to cancel the ticket for 3000rs and rebook, which is unreasonable. Was this information helpful? | |
