Go Air — tickets cancelled

My name is ganesh. I have made a group booking for 11 people with goair airline for a trip from chennai to port blair on 23 mar 2019 and returning on 28th march 2019. One of the family couldn't make the trip due to death in the family. So i cancelled 2 tickets in february and got refund. We thought of cancelling the other 2 tickets before the trip. Yesterday, i updated the names of 7 people travelling and requested them to cancel the other 2 tickets. Now they are saying that you have cancelled 6 tickets. Now they are asking me to add only 5 passengers. I'm very much sure there is problem on their side. I could see that in site groups. Goair.in that it's 7 passengers. They are keep repeating that i have cancelled 6 tickets which i didn't do at all. How to go about this problem.
