I purchased air ticket from go air before 4 months to travel from dmm to cnn.
Travel date was 27 may 2020. Due to the international flight ban followed by the covid 19 pandemic, i got intimation from go air through email to reschedule the ticket 14 days in advance (To reschedule without fine). So i rescheduled to 12 june 2020, hoping that the international travel ban shall be lifted by this date. The fare difference not received till now. Now i have no option to reschedule the ticket without penalty. Since the last refund not credited yet even after 4 weeks, i'm afraid to apply for refund. I want to travel back to india as soon as the international flight ban is lifted. So urgent want o reach go air customer care to have a solution (Reschedule without penalty till the ban is lifted, or to refund the cost immediately). I have no job since last 3 months, and unable to meet my lively hood expense. Any loss towards this air ticket fair will be unbearable to me. Kindly help to resolve this issue. Thank you.
