Go Air — Wrong Cancellation Of Tockets

Dear Team Goair, My family and me was very excited because I have taken a reservation for 21st June from Delhi to Srinagar and return ticket for 25 June Srinagar to Delhi but now today I was trying to do some modification in my tickets on the website but suddenly it got cancelled it might be a technical error at the same time immediately I called up to goair customer care and ask to retrieve my booking because I dont want to cancel it actually, but they are not ready to listen any thing and saying sir it is got rejected and you have to pay again. My PNR number is 4VV7Q8 and ZS1MMH .I was called more then ten time to goair team in Mumbai but every budy says that from customer care call centre we cant help you out any thing even I have spent more then 500 Rs are already spent to speak to customer care team but no result. Now I want to retrieve my services or my money back on immediate basis because according to flights I have also booked my hotels and other things which is also getting lost and that would be big pain for me and my family.
