My sister meet with accident on 25 May 2022 in borivali west (Scooter Activa 3g) I informed the go digit insurance and they told to submit the photo and rejected the claim stating the mud guard is rusted while front part was rusted because of guard protection (basically every 2 wheeler is) and rejected the claim and i made complain the without physically survey how can you reject claim also not seen internal damages (like suspension and all).
