Go Digit General Insurance — Pa cover for owner driver rejected

I have been declared permanent Total Disability with respect to my
left lower limbs. The company rejected the claim stating that i have
partial permanent disability in all the four limbs. I am saying that
even i have partial disability in all the four limbs i must receive the
partial compensation amount. I would like to share the court verdict
of the case named -National Insurance Co. Ltd., vs T Ramana Reddy
on 9 December, 2020 for your reference where a partial permanent
disabled person was paid the partial claim amount.
