I am constantly trying to pursue with Make My Trip, Go Air and Ease My Trip for refund since the last 2 years or more . Srinagar to Mumbai flight Go First 2 tickets booked by MMT on 2nd May 2023 . MMT mailed on 8th May 2023 all Go First flights cancelled and I had to rebook another flight for my Kashmir holiday with my son.
Earlier I had another Go First return flight booked for same trip Mumbai to Goa costing 2401/ thru Ease my trip which also met with similar fate. The Sales executive of MMT Ms. Sarika Sharma is still reachable as on February 2026 but doesnt help much saying they are waiting for GoFirst to refund them and then MMT will refund us.
Lodging complaints with National Consumer Helpline and Consumer Concilliation Committee (CCC) didnt help till date since all their letters have bounced back. CCC has asked me to find their latest address, dont know how to go about this.
