I booked a flight ticket from Bengaluru to Patna with Go First for 23rd July 2023 using Goibibo. The airline cancelled the flight ticket on 28th June 2023. Since them I have talked to customer care both of Go First and Goibibo, but I they both told me that I would get the refund. But it is about an year, and I haven't received any refund.
Please help me get my refund....

1. I booked two different Go-first flights for Del-Pune DOJ: 03/05/2023 PNR: ZH648R Rs. 11, 348/- and Del- Pune DOJ: 14/05/2023 PNR: H7RQWP Rs. 8092/-
2. Unfortunately after more than 9 months, I am still struggling to get my refund back despite being given false assurance regarding refund by the Go-first customer support team.

Regarding refund of flight tickets
Me and my Freinds were returning from Delhi on May 10th after a long trip we booked group tickets from Delhi to Hyderabad, unfortunately our tickets are cancelled
they told within 14 days u will get refund, but its been 5 months I didn't even got single penny they always come up with a reply of NCLT form, WORST service from GOFIRST, I request Govt to take action immediately and kindly refund my 14000 INR

I had requested M/s. Go First Travels and explained the details and informed to return back the debited bank. But M/s. Go First refused to accept the claim and mailed me to dispute with Bank directly.
I had communized with Bank (State Bank of India) and informed all in details and by return mail bank informed that the transaction amount had debited from the account and NOT CREDITED TO MARCHANT ACCOUNT NOR REVERSED BACK TO ACCOUNT HOLDER ACCOUNT.
Many communications were send to bank and M/s. Go First travel never accepted and now nearly 5 months passed.
In this situation i kindly request to review the case and take necessary arrangements to return back the debited IRS. 36, 645 to the account holder.

Refund not received of my airline tickets
I had booked Go First tickets from Delhi to Pune for 9th May 2023 timing 18.20 which was cancelled by the airline as it filed for bankruptcy.i am continously chasing them and make my trip for my refund as it has been almost a month now. My flight details are:

Excessive flight delay

I humbly seek your help and support regarding our horrible experience with Go First on 24/09/2022. I was accompanied by both my parents, one of whom is a senior citizen. Please note the key points-
1. Our flight was rescheduled 4 times, because of which instead of our non-stop flight reaching Delhi at 19:45 on 24/09/2022, we reached Delhi on 02:40 on 25/09/2022 after a layover of around 6.5 hours at Bangalore airport.
2. Since our direct flight was cancelled and split into 2 separate flights, I had to bear twice the charges to reserve my seats for both flights for 3 people. The customer had to pay extra without any fault of his.
3. Throughout this time, or on any of the Go First planes, there was no complimentary meal/ service/ monetary compensation that was offered by Go First airlines because of the horrible experience caused by them to the customer.
4. Since we reached Bangalore airport 5.5 hours before our scheduled departure, we did not get access to the airport lounge for the first 2.5 hours, so we were left stranded at the airport, causing even further inconvenience.
I have mentioned our flight rescheduling history for your reference. Please note that this is not an isolated occurrence, a similar experience was also experienced by people travelling from Male to Mumbai on 24/09/2022.

Since we were given boarding passes for both flights, we were not allowed to exit the Bangalore airport during our layover.
3. We were informed on 24/09/2022 at around 13:00, 1.5 hours before boarding our flight from Maldives, that our flight G8 118 has been further delayed due to operational reasons.

(ii) Bangalore (22:55) (24/09/2022) to Delhi (01:40) (25/09/2022)

I made a flexi booking with student discount on 26th March for travelling from Kolkata to Ahmedabad on 6th of April, 2022. My booking reference was C4DTGV.
Now, on the very same day, I completed the transaction of ₹8, 372 via UPI at about 7:08 PM.
The transaction made by me was from 'KAVAN RAJESH PATEL' with ID:- ([protected]@okicici) to 'goair' with ID:- (goair.[protected]@axisbank) with UPI Transaction ID:[protected].

Flight cancellation and pathetic customer care
I have made a booking, from Hyderabad to Delhi on 16th February, 2022. The airline cancelled tickets a day prior. Customer care is pathetic, the wait time is more than 20 min even any time of the day. They denied rescheduling flight at my feasible timings as they do not operate at those timings. They can easily provide me with a ticket in other airline at my desired timings, but they simply denied. The service is pathetic, i would never travel by Go First again.
P.S. This is the second time I have faced this issue.

Ref to below we have booked the flight on 31st am hours in order to reach our destination in time and spend our new years eve with family.
Somehow Gofirst decided we will spend our new years with your tem without our concern on what basis I leave it for your team to explain.
However I understand there could be challenges in your job but sorry cannot give you the right to decide how we are going to spend our new years eve. So humbly request you to kindly change my schedule in a manner where we reach UAE earliest 29th pm to 31st am hours.
Your swift action is highly appreciated.

Loss of money and mental harassment
Hello,
We booked flight tickets at go air from bombay to jammu. Travel date was 13/07/2021 and timings were departure 10:05 am and arriving at 1:00 pm. We selected this flight because it was very convenient to reach airport at the given timings. We also booked railway tickets from kolhapur to mumbai. So, that we can reach airport. But, they rescheduled the flight and change timings from 6 am to 2 pm. Furthur, we were having business deals in jammu on 13/07/2021. But, we had huge loss of business deals and money because of the flight rescheduling. We also booked our furthur flights from jammu to ahmedabad. We had to cancel all our business trips because of their rescheduling. We called customer care for 6-8 times regarding this problems as well they kept us on hold on call for more then 1 hours they did this for 2 times after keeping us on hold for so long no one answered calls. We also sent email 3 times to them regarding this complaint but no one is reverting back. Because of their mistakes we had to face loss of all flight cancellations as well our business deals we had loss of 25 lakhs. I’m very disappointed with their behaviour against customer.
(There is no business because of covid situation and this airlines are making huge loss for us because of their mistakes)
