Go First — Transfer of online payment

Good Day!!

I, Sunny Abraham booked on line ticket as per below details.

1. On line transaction Date 15-Feb-2023
2. Booking Ref No. PNR# XERUGK
3. Currency Indian Rupees
4. Amount IRS.36, 645.00

I had requested M/s. Go First Travels and explained the details and informed to return back the debited bank. But M/s. Go First refused to accept the claim and mailed me to dispute with Bank directly.

I had communized with Bank (State Bank of India) and informed all in details and by return mail bank informed that the transaction amount had debited from the account and NOT CREDITED TO MARCHANT ACCOUNT NOR REVERSED BACK TO ACCOUNT HOLDER ACCOUNT.

Many communications were send to bank and M/s. Go First travel never accepted and now nearly 5 months passed.

In this situation i kindly request to review the case and take necessary arrangements to return back the debited IRS. 36, 645 to the account holder.
