It has been over 6 months since the cancellation of these flights, and I have not received the refund as promised. Upon contacting Paytm, I was informed that they have initiated the refund process and are awaiting payment from Go First. On the other hand, Go First claims to have disbursed the amount, leaving me caught in a perplexing situation.

This lack of coordination and accountability among Go First, Paytm, and MakeMyTrip is deeply concerning and raises suspicions of potential malpractices. As a customer, I expect transparency and prompt resolution of such matters.

I kindly request immediate action to address the following:
