Go Leisure International — Contact not reachable and emails not getting delivered

I had taken membership in 2017. I want to book holiday package (5 days) and have sent email to them but emails are not getting delivered and also their contact numbers are not reachable so is this company banned, shut down or contact numbers got changed?
