This is fraud company. It collects money from large no of peoples and invest in share market. Later they just deny you booking giving any stupid reason. Ultimately they closed their offices and ranaway. Many police complaints are lodged against this company.

TAKEN membership in Feb 2019 but since then no calls and mail been replied even person who sold it resigned immediately after selling it...big fraud ...how to recover my 90K Rupees...

Became a member in 2015.
Used the service once and now their office is closed and are not reachable....

We have their membership but never availed the services due to their rude and improper information about hotel…. We canceled our trip twice… I just want my money back

I had taken membership in 2017. I want to book holiday package (5 days) and have sent email to them but emails are not getting delivered and also their contact numbers are not reachable so is this company banned, shut down or contact numbers got changed?

I have purchased the membership and trying to call to book vacation. However given numbers are not working. Looks like that the co is no more active and members have been cheated.

I have purchased travel membership in June 2017. For the first 1 year I used to get welcome message and event invites, but for the last 2 years they are not responding to any email and their given phone number does not exist any more. I have paid for hotel accommodation for 5 years but I have not used any as I am unable to book through any of the methods provided by them (customer care number, email or website)

Please help with the right forum for filing a formal complaint and get the matter resolved.

Then we are trying to call him many times but phone not in working condition. so I visit personally his office but there office also closed before long time....

They think amount is very small but this is very high for us. Rs. 100000. I stuck to get amount. At least they has to return amount as per agreement.br...

We have been given holiday package on stamp paper by go lesuire at their Navi Mumbai, office we calling but nobody is there to answers the call.

Finally came to know we have been cheated with fraud company go lesuire international.
The package was for 5yrs they have taken 119000/- from me.

I am shocked my hard earn money was taken on the name holidays package.

The card was given to me by Mrs. Manoj Valmiki from there Navi Mumbai office.

I am really concerned about the phone numbers not getting reachable and the email delivery failure of your caremumbai email address. Has the company stopped operations? We have lost all our means of contact to the company representatives. We are bit concerned about our contract and hard earned money invested. Company head mr. Deshmukh number is also switched off. We are duped. Please help urgently and help us in getting refund.

I have taken plan for go leisure for holidays and paid around 52k to them two years before.
The phone number mentioned in website is not working since many months.
They are replying on the mail they they cannot book particular holidays and mentioning other reasons like they do not have holidays for particular location and or customer has to book before 45 days reasons which are reasons for not booking. They are a fraud company and i feel have cheated me. I request consumer forum to take action as other have also mentioned complained.
The website has not mentioned the address of their pune office.

I request other to please guide what additional need to be done to get refund from these cheaters

The package details are: 1 lakhs 60 thousand date bought: dec 24, 2018 the 3 company offices are shut in pune & mumbai. There is of course no response on mail or phone. No services were provided neither cancellation was considered. The reason givenwas too less time or unavailability of options request you to look into it.

Myself santosh gaikwad, i have taken membership of go leisure international from mumbai branch in last year ie oct 2018. More than 2 months i have been trying to contact mumbai as well as pune office for booking of my vacation but no one is responding me, all existing contact nos are not available and existing staff are also left company.
Please provide alternative contact no. Or other solution to get refund amount.

I have bought membership worth 70000/- however since then they are not picking up phone. Point of contact person left that company. Give me number of person with invalid number. If you can't provide service i would like to have refund amount back.

I had been lured by the company and paid rs 1 lac to become memebr of it. First year they provided the hotel reservations. After that i requested to book accn in various hotels in london, paris and zurich. They kapt on promising and asked me to deposit around rs 12000 as additional charges and 8000 for 8 days vacation as was there in the contract. I paid. I had to travel in jun 2018. Since dec 2017 i was trying. However till the last moment they kept on promising and finally expressed their inability to do so. When i asked for refund, i got a cheque after repeaeted callings, some times threatneing ilegal action. The cheque bounced. However i made them pay online. It was a night mare. They kept on saying - sir your holidays are accumulated and reserved with us, you can avail it any time. Now i wanted to book hotel in dec 2018 in jaiselmer for which i sent mail 10 days back. There is no reply. When i try to call no one picks up phone. It is a fraud company i am planning to sue in court, any one else who has been duped can join me

In dec 2017 we register with go leisure international company by getting information from them that they will arrange accomodation, lunch, breakfast in any city where i want to go gor holiday tour for 6 days /7 nights.
If we want company will help us by doing advance train ir aeroplane tickets for visiting destination byt for this we have to pay their charges to them.

We accept this and paid in 2 days and received agrement copy with one gift voucher of rs.40, 000/- for getting tour at their decided places we have to select any one. For this they will pay travelling and hotel charges. We have no need to pay for anything as its gift from go leisure international to us.

We demand them to book our gifted tour for hyderabad in period of april to sept 18 on any date. But by saying all dates of this year are full so we will send you next year and you have done 5 yers contract with us so don't worry. But sane thing thye avoid to send on mail. By giving me visiting card sent back.

Till today i cant get any tour from them. So i want my cash return. Please help me in this and colse this office of go leisure international so that no any innocent person can get captured in their trap.

This is fraud company with only to cheat you... After taking money they do not serve the customers... Beware.. Never sign the agreement on first day.. Take xerox of it... Then after seeing all pros - cons only decide...?? As this company has not having any hotel/ resort of its own.. No ethics... They promises a lot, but fail to perform as "cheating" is the main aim sometime you may find the same co in other name to fool you...

This team is not at all professional. They neither know about the destination nor hotels which are there. They will randomly throw a list of hotels in front you. I had a package of 3 & 4 star category of hotels, however they have provided me the guest house type of hotels. This is seriously insane from this people. Also, they stated airport transfer is complementary from them. But i had paid a huge amount for the airport transfer. Please do not use their service. They are expert in cheating their customer. They will promise you one thing and deliver you the things which are below average. They just provide hotel options and for that also you will have to continuously mail or contact them. That is really foolish. Do not get trapped by them.

There is racket of fraud vacation plan company going on in this "go leisure international. These people are giving agreement on 100rs stamp paper and promising several services which they are not only failed to deliver but also they are adamant to not to return money and they have added this in a clause. Kindly guide me, is their any legal way to tackle such fraud company.

As i have seen many complaints on this company already, i just want to join with the people already fooled on the name of this company so that we can fight together with this fake company, they also tricked me with their exciting packages and and fake promises. At first they told me that i can enlist my choices of hotels and they will book it for me for that particular tour and all i have to do is to pay the annual maintenance fee of 7k for domestic tours and 9k for international tours as a part of amc but trust me this is all fake as they will never entertain your choice of hotels and instead book 2 star cheap hotels for you which aren't even safe to stay. I just want to know if anyone has been planning to file a lawsuit on them than i can join you to fight them legally to get my refund.

Go leisure international is a well planned fraud where smart people are working. I doubt that the people who are working are trapped to do this entire process of fradulent thing.
This is my request for the entire staff to look a good company to work where good work is done but not the fraud things.
You will be cursed and your children and your entire family is cursed so badly... You can't imagine...
This is all what i can guide you...
Look for a honest earnings...
Coming to management, definitely by someone one day, you will be kicked off.

Go leisure international is a fraud commitment company which committed to providing you service hospitality event management, gym memberships by receiving your sign on an agreement but when i actually need their services they provided me the worst options and refused to give refund. Sales persons of the company told me to provide 3-star and 4-star hotel facility of my choice. However, when i actually contacted them they gave me worst 2-star...

After experiencing goleisure service and frustration, this is what i would like to share:

They do not have associations with the hotels/resorts at major tourist places in india. So naturally i cannot dare availing their assistance in foreign.
One of the promises made before buying the policy was that i can get the booking amount reimbursed if goleisure is unable to provide accommodation. When i asked for reimbursement...

Basically they are liars, fraudulent people. They lure us with their nice statements about resorts, excellent facilities etc. Which are all fake. They do not have any tie up with any resorts, gym, holiday package companies. They target newly married couples where in still the relationship between the new couple is not yet completely strong.. So the newly married couple are interested to plan for a holiday package but they need it desperately. So these people take advantage of such couples and ask them to pay for a huge amount 1.5 lakhs, 2.5 lakhs, 3.00 lakhs package. All they need is only money. Once you paid the amount, they will make you sign on the bond papers in which all the legal terms & claws will be written in their favour. You cannot even try to fight with them legally since all points were written in their favour.
So guys please be carefull from such fraudulent people, do not pay a single rupee to them.
