[Resolved] Go Leisure International — post payment service
After experiencing goleisure service and frustration, this is what i would like to share:
They do not have associations with the hotels/resorts at major tourist places in india. So naturally i cannot dare availing their assistance in foreign.
One of the promises made before buying the policy was that i can get the booking amount reimbursed if goleisure is unable to provide accommodation. When i asked for reimbursement policy, i was told later through the formal email that there is a condition that only rs.3, 000/- per night will be reimbursed and when i actually applied for reimbursement, i was told that only rs.2, 000/- per night will be reimbursed.
They also do not have associations with standard gyms in pune. All they can offer to you is something that even they wouldnt want the women in their house to ever visit.
Before paying for goleisure membership, i was told that gym membership as per my convenient location can be arranged. When i asked for it, they say the amount that they can actually spend for your gym is rs.5, 000/- per person.
Now, imagine a gym in pune with the subscription amount of rs.5000/- per annum. Worse that substandard right?
They will not respond to your emails. And when they reply, you can clearly figure out that they have hired a less qualified and less salaried illiterate person (Who doesnt understand the content of your emails) to respond to you. Thats a very well addition to your frustration.
They change their policy overnight and/or their staff-members shamelessly lie before paying for the membership. You cannot imagine what kind of dreams regarding the membership they show you.
Beware. Do not believe a single promise they make. And please spread the word so that people dont waste their time, money and energy on goleisure membership.
