I have purchased travel membership in June 2017. For the first 1 year I used to get welcome message and event invites, but for the last 2 years they are not responding to any email and their given phone number does not exist any more. I have paid for hotel accommodation for 5 years but I have not used any as I am unable to book through any of the methods provided by them (customer care number, email or website)
Please help with the right forum for filing a formal complaint and get the matter resolved.
