Below is my experience with Go Leisure International-

- I was told that the membership is a 3 year membership which would cost Rs. 60k, and no additional charges need to be paid. However on the document it is mentioned that the membership type selected is 5 years membership, which costs 1, 10, 000, out of which, Rs. 60k has been paid, and Rs. 50k is the balance amount! It is also stated n the documents that the membership welcome kit will be issued only on completion of 100% payment! (I have not received the membership kit yet, and no definite time was given by them for arrival of membership kit)

- It was told that we will be offered 5 services within this package, without paying extra money, namely- Hotel room, Breakfast, Sight Seeing, Medical Facilities, Pickup and Drop facility from the airport. However, only hotel room, breakfast and pickup and drop facilities is mentioned in the documents- the other two facilities are not mentioned as part of package. It is stated that "Sight seeing can be arranged and charges are to be paid by members"!

- I was informed that there will be no additional charges which need to be paid, however, it is stated in the document that Annual Maintenance Charges of Rs. 6000 "Studio accommodation type for Children below 12 years, irrespective o[censored]sage of the Holidays/ facilities/ amenities. The AMC needs to be paid on time. Failure to pay the said amount or any other amount due shall be default and members cannot utilize the facilities until the dues are clear"!

- While shopping in the mall, me and my wife were given the hope of winning a two wheeler only by filling up a form with name and contact number, however, we ended up in falling prey to this deceiving offer.

- I tried to call their office for cancellation of membership, none of the phone numbers mentioned o the envelope is active. Phone numbers[protected]/00/06/13/10- all these phone numbers are inactive. This is indeed a lenient attitude and a sign of miserable customer service. I have no wish to waste my precious bucks to such a company!

- I tried to send an email to the customer care address given on the visiting card- however, both of these email addresses are bogus- they don't exist at all - namely, '[protected]@goleisureinternatonal.com' and '[protected]@goleisureinternational.com'

- Since there was no means of communicating with them, I went to their ICC Tower office on Monday, 3rd July- and found that their office was closed! Moreover, their office was closed on Tuesday also. I came to know from the receptionist of ICC Tower that it is a usual scene, that people come to complain about Go Leisure services. One family had even showed up with bouncers and politicians to refund their money.

Thus, I believe that this scheme is a bogus one to extort money from the common man by deceptive means. Moreover, with my experience with GoLeisure, I think it was a bad decision to have agreed to be a member of this company who engages in fraudulent means, having a miserable service and non reachable modes of contact!

There should be a restriction on the ways in which such companies operate. There should be a decent refund policy, as opposed to the [censored] written on their documents. If such companies are allowed to do whatever they wish then there will be no security to the common man who agrees to take the membership just because of their convincing and well planned presentations. Only later do they come to know that they are cheated- and that's the worst feeling. This should definitely stop!

If they do not provide full refund, I am going to register a FIR against them for their dishonest and fraudulent means to loot the customer, and for the mental harassment. I am ready to file a lawsuit against them. I am looking for similar people who have suffered due to Go Leisure and would like a refund of their money. Together we can expose them.

Unlike their caption, Go Leisure are not for every heart, but they are definitely against the welfare of each heart.

Hello everyone! I want to strictly inform everyone about how unethical and unprofessional this company “ Go leisure international” is.

It all starts with a total spam contact number with a person luring you with free 5 coupon gift, which in my case was being said to have connection with hyundai motors, which conincidently i assumed is true because i had been to hyundai showroom for some car enquiries. this company is litrelly using goodwill or a brand name of other companies to only handover the gift, but believe me this is trap. after reaching destination for collecting same gifts this is what i personally observed, being a management student ; when you enter the so called office which actually has no professional feel, the whole staff is illitrate, there are no managers, directors and litrerally not even computers which is actually funny because this company is owned by bunch of people basically cheaters who claim to you when asked about manager stumbling upon various answers given by various people saying manager is not picking up calls or is unavailable or rather out of country neither do they tell you who the hell is manager of this company or who owns it and when any query is asked to those bunch of people they say they are just employees and that they know nothing ! I personally have been in this situation and i can surely predict they lie about all this its nothing but bunch of fake people who know nothing about management and are local jobless morons!

So after reaching destination you will be in surprise that you landed up in some travel tourism company and that you’re supposed to listen to a presentation which was just selling to their services on piece of paper and with all the innocent talk they shower you with totally personal questions asking about your salaries and address which is totally unprofessional and cheap. after luring you about attractive tours for India as well as abroad in which they will provide you accomodation, pick up and drop from airports, indoor services such as spa, games, membership of gym, a/c banquet hall, event passes and while saying all this words they had a phamplet like book which had hotels like Blu radisson, Taj, The Leela and many more which are 4 or 3 star and is the reason you feel tempted towards purchasing their membership.They even lied to me that they are not a travel company but is a hospitality service providers and bunch of lies that Im lucky to avail this offer because only 10 out of 100 are selected and that they don’t do it for celebrities LOL. They will start with big amount pack and try to sell you at least trial pack which is the strategy. I paid them 6500/- with knowing nothing and i had to pay 3500/- more because package was of 1lakhs so they sent a person with me at my home to collect rest of money which is so funny saying they need to enter it in system.

The very next day i had an medical emergency and that i already had invested money with them i went to their office for my refund to what they responded was do whatever you wanna do you won’t get the refund . What a stupidity! i was even ready to pay cancellation charges but they kept on saying no to me which shows they don’t care about customers satisfaction showcasing how cheap and unprofessional they are ! After investigating about them and their website it was clear that its a travel company or whatever providing holidays which obviously they lied about telling me we manage only celebrities and sponsors big events. What an irony people when i type in Go leisure international on google what comes up in suggestions immediately is fraud company. after reading reviews and comments what i think is they are smart cheaters who actually dont respond to customers or provide 3rd class hotels and give [censored] reasons. anyway I’m struggling to take my refund back as i dont want the blame at first place of not using their service and yet commenting about it! at the end of the day they are not ready to give any refund and are extremely mannerless proves nothing but once your money is gone its gone and that they don’t care now proves their is something fishy ! FRAUD FRAUD but in legal way ! beware!
