I run dth recharge service. I am using this company service. As such, there is no issue with the service like service failure that happens in lapu. But yesterday, i made recharge for one of my customers. My customer is complaining that the recharge is not done but the amount gets deducted from my account. How should i know what exactly happen? How will i get the refund?
