I have booked a ticket from kolkata to bangalore. I have cancelled the ticket after 5 minutes of booking. The refund amount was 755 rs. Whether the ticket was of 12030 rs. Now i contacted with air line company they are saying that the ticket was not cancelled. So please help me. Ticket id [protected].
This was an air ticket. I booked it on 30.06.2016. After that i sent cancellation request to go processing. They didn't cancelled it on time. Now they are just ignoring me to help. They are relaxed after thieving my money.
