Dear Go first,
I had prior 20 days booking for My wife and 2 children (one infant) for flight no. G8-303 on 18th August 2021 @ 18:40 from BOM to MAA ... Which got later on rescheduled 2 days before (Dear GO FIRST Flyer! We would like to inform you that your PNR Q63U9C on G8 305 on 18Aug'21 from BOM to MAA is scheduled to depart BOM at 05:50 and arrive MAA at 07:40.)
Unfortunately on 17th Aug eve at 20:20 received msg stating.. Dear GO FIRST Flyer! We would like to inform you that for your PNR Q63U9C the flight G8-305 on 18Aug'21 from BOM to MAA has been cancelled. This change is due to issues beyond our control. You may call us on[protected] /[protected], up to 2 hours prior to departure for any changes.
@ 20:59 In first attempt to contact your customer executive([protected]) we spoke with Mr Ankush we understood rescheduling policy and due to network glitch (call duration 6m 53sec) recorded audio attached reference number ending with 0004 we were unable to conclude and call got disconnected. I tried again at 21:31 on 2 numbers which were provided on E ticket but both the numbers didn't existed.
Next day on 18th Aug we again called your customer executive ([protected]) we spoke with Mrs Natasha for 44minutes (recorded audio attached below reference number ending with 0005) she refused for reschuduling
1) We can't reschedule flight
2) Didnt connected to Senior /Supervisor on request
3) Threaten to take refund else be ready for no show tag
4) Zero co-operation and understanding
5) Adamant and stubborn with wrong knowledge of policies.
Despite of her so much reluctance how we got rescheduled ticket(1 boarding pass attached) for 20th Aug 2021 for G8 305 and my family reached the destination today ??
It was a dreadful and most shocking incidence of life because of wrong and adamant call of your executive Natasha my family would been in big loss and mishaps. Request you to go through the matter seriously and pls conclude at earliest...
