GoAir — baggage broken , complaint registered , no response or compensation | |||
Our baggage trolley handle is broken in flight G8390 from Mumbai to Jaipur on December 17. Goiar staff at Jaipur (Mr.Omprakash Dhanka) in Jaipur says this is done in Mumbai and wear and tear department should handle request by sending emails. As per staff suggestion we wrote email to [protected]@goair.in with details and photographs of damage and also PNR. We recieved the acknowledgement email (reference number - G[protected], but thereafter no futher feedback from them even after multiple followups. Seat no. 17A Contact - [protected] Luggage check-in : Group I am dissatisfied by the service and inconvenience caused. Please resolve my grievance as early as possible.
