On receipt of baggage at Pune airport, I have found my baggage to be
damaged. I have submitted an official complaint through your customer
service representative present in Pune airport. A "Damaged baggage report"
has been filed by me and the damage has been witnessed by your CSR.

I am attaching a snapshot of the Damaged baggage report and pictures of the
damaged luggage. The luggage is not in the state of future use.

I have been offered a compensation of 1500 INR by GoAir which does not cover the expense of this bag

The consumer complaint team had called and agreed to resolve the issue.
It has been more than a month and they have again stopped replying to me.
Kindly support.
