I am a regular traveller of your airline for years now. I travelled on 30th Jan 2021 from Srinagar to Mumbai along with my wife Zarnaaz Shaikh and when I arrived in Mumbai I realised my hard case bag which was in absolutely good / new condition was completely damaged and cracked open making it not usable ever. I immediately informed the Go air customer service representative Mr Pranav who helped me and filled up a Damaged Baggage Report (attached) and informed me that someone from the Go air team would get in touch with me within 2-3 days but until now which is 2.5 months no one has called me or written to me. I tried calling the customer service about 1.5 months back days back (1st March) and after hearing my issue, the customer service representative said I would get a call and resolution to my matter in 2 days but there has been no call until now. I once again called the customer service number (15 days back) and after talking to Zeba - Customer Service representative this time she informed me that she cant help me on this matter and I need to write a mail or visit the airport for help. Ive already sent 2 mails which have been ignored. I am now being troubled so i could forget about this matter? This is extremely unprofessional from your side.
