GoAir — Baggage loss | |||
I have traveled from Delhi to Pune on 03/07/2017 via Go Air having flight no. G8-171. i didn't received the baggage at Pune airport which was Black, American tourister large-sized Trolley bag, filed PIR at airport given all necessary information to them but till now they are only saying that we are not able to track your bag. I don't even know if they are trying to find my bag because the number they provided me on PIR was wrong, their customer care number is not working, they are not even replying to mails or feedback submitted on website. I don't know what to do now since there is cash in my bag and all of my clothes, they didnt even provided any compensation for purchasing some clothes for the meantime.
